At this moment, in-app Notifications can't be deleted form the Fitbit app. I understand your concern about this feature and I appreciate you have taken the time to bring this to my attention. Many members of the Community have expressed the same concern, which is why I would like to encourage you to check @LZeeW suggested idea to implement a way to remove these notifications in a future update. Please feel free to add your vote and comment as this is the best way to make your voice heard and get the attention of our development team.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
